Get ready for holiday perfection! Our Lions members are firing up the smoker for tender baby back pork ribs and our legendary marinated smoked salmon—both vacuum-packaged fresh and temperature-controlled for peak flavor and safety.
Baby Back Ribs
$25 per full slab (seasoned with a sweet Kansas City-style dry rub and slow-smoked to tender perfection)
Smoked Salmon (choose bourbon or rum marinade)
$25 per ~1 lb package (± an ounce or two)
$75 per whole slab (typically 3+ lbs – perfect for entertaining)
All items are smoked fresh, vacuum-sealed immediately, and kept temperature-controlled until pickup.

Our smoked meats are prepared in a shared outdoor setup by volunteers. While we follow strict sanitation practices, we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination. Cross-contamination is possible between salmon, pork ribs, turkey, and other items cooked on the same grill (ribs and turkey cooked directly on grates; salmon in individual aluminum boats). If you have severe food allergies, please consult your physician before ordering.
Allergens
Salmon (rum marinade) contains fish and rum (alcohol).
Salmon (bourbon marinade) contains fish, bourbon (alcohol) and soy (Bragg Liquid Aminos).
Ribs contain pork.
Turkey breasts contain poultry (turkey). No additional ingredients or marinades are used.
Full ingredient lists available upon request. Most alcohol cooks off during smoking, but trace amounts may remain.
No nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten, shellfish, sesame, celery, mustard, lupin, or sulfites are intentionally added. However, ingredients are not processed in allergen-free facilities.
We recommend same-day pickup for freshest flavor—everything is vacuum-sealed and temperature-controlled for safety.
