Get ready for Easter perfection! Our Lions members are firing up the smoker for tender Easter Lamb and Salmon—both packaged fresh and temperature-controlled for peak flavor and safety.

While we'll continue offering our popular, budget-friendly supermarket salmon and rib options, we're now introducing exclusive premium selections from Southern Steer—think ultra-marbled, hand-selected proteins smoked low-and-slow for exceptional tenderness and flavor. Southern Steer's premium selections will be hand-smoked and prepared by our club.
All weights are cooked weights. 1 lb packages may be ± an ounce or two.

All items are smoked fresh and kept temperature-controlled until pickup. Fish and smaller meat items are vacuum sealed. Larger meat items are wrapped in foil.

Important Notice:
Our smoked meats are prepared in a shared outdoor setup by volunteers. While we follow strict sanitation practices, we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination. This is possible between salmon, pork ribs, turkey, and other items cooked on the same grill (ribs and turkey are cooked directly on grates; salmon are in individual aluminum boats). If you have severe food allergies, please consult your physician before ordering.
Salmon (rum marinade): Salmon, honey, rum, lemon juice, salt, cloves, pepper, allspice, bay leaf. Contains fish.
Salmon (bourbon marinade): Salmon, sweet tea, bourbon, sugar, brown sugar, Bragg Liquid Aminos (similar to soy sauce but is gluten-free), lemon juice, black pepper. Contains fish and soy.
Salmon (butter and lemon): Salmon, butter, lemon, salt, pepper, garlic, dill. Contains fish and milk. (For dietary requirements, any of these ingredients can be omitted upon request.)
Ribs: Pork ribs, brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, onion flakes, chili powder, cayenne powder.
Turkey Breasts: Poultry (turkey). No additional ingredients or marinades are used.
Brisket: Beef, Salt, Pepper, Garlic.
Lamb: Lamb, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, thyme.
Most alcohol cooks off during smoking, but trace amounts may remain.
No nuts, eggs, wheat/gluten, shellfish, sesame, celery, mustard, lupin, or sulfites are intentionally added. However, ingredients are not processed in allergen-free facilities. Some off-the-shelf ingredients are used which may have preservatives or other additives.
We recommend same-day pickup for freshest flavor—everything is vacuum-sealed and temperature-controlled for safety.
